Hoyt Design Co is a team of six, based in Victoria, BC. We design custom homes — most of them on Vancouver Island, some further afield. Referrals are everything in our business. Since 2010 most of our work has come from past clients and from builders we've worked with for years.

A team means the work doesn't queue behind one person. There is always someone who knows your project and can provide prompt support as needed.

Much of what we do never shows up in a photograph. Zoning and variances, keeping consultants pointed the same direction, and the particular problem each lot sets. That's the part clients thank us for most.
