Caddy Bay Beach Cottage

Low-bank, south-facing waterfront on a sandy beach — as special as lots get here. Our clients had worked through plans for a large modern home before stepping back and deciding it wasn't the right fit. They came to us with a new direction, a beach cottage, and the question every designer hopes to be asked: what would you do?

This is the answer, built almost exactly as it was first drawn.
