The Lighthouse

Perched on a granite shelf at the outer edge of the point, with water on three sides. The industrial half of the house is structural rather than styled — exposed concrete at the fireplace with the form ties left visible, a blackened steel stair and mezzanine, steel-framed glazing running the full height of the great room. The farmhouse half is board-and-batten, cedar, and a pitched roof. Built 2017, and used as the Fisher Island house in the Netflix series Maid
